Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy - 

Cancellations are allowed without any question asked. However, it is allowed only till the product is not shipped from our warehouses. Please contact our Customer Care team at +919867667699 or contactus@aadar.co to assist you in cancellation of the order. Orders might get cancelled due unavailability of service on Customer’s Location from our courier partner, in which case a full refund will be processed from our end in case of prepaid orders. 

Replacement/Refund Policy

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. In general, no returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you 
  • or less that the ordered quantity is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.

To get a refund or replacement, email us at contactus@aadar.co with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund or You can WhatsApp us on +919867667699. We shall not be responsible for, or entertain refund requests of, any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

  • If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end the choice of the customer will be final.
  • If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
